On-Location Corporate Headshot Service. What does this mean?
I attend your work place and set up my mobile studio. This is a very convenient and efficient way to professionally photograph your team with minimal down time.
Do you charge extra for on-location shoots?
There is a fee for the onsite studio set up of $240.00, which includes travel to your Brisbane location. A small travel fee added for areas outside of greater Brisbane, but I aim to make the process as seamless and cost-effective as possible. I also travel to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Logan to photograph onsite headshots.
Volume of People
How many people can you photograph in one day?
I typically photograph up to 42 individuals across a full day, allowing up to 10 minutes per person to be photographed and choose their one favourite photo via laptop for retouching. If you do not wish for each person to choose their photo, more people can be photographed across the day. For larger groups, we can schedule additional days.
Do you offer group discounts for team headshots?
Yes, I offer competitive pricing for team headshots. Groups of more than 11 people qualify for discounts.
Post-Production and Editing
Can the photos be photoshopped and improved?
Yes, all chosen headshots include professional retouching to ensure a polished final image.
What kind of retouching do you offer? Retouching includes blemish removal, reduction of skin shine and fine lines, teeth whitening and brightening of eyes and colour adjustments to maintain a natural and professional look. Additional retouching can also be quoted, if required.

Do you offer creative or traditional headshots?
I provide both traditional and creative headshots, depending on your preferences and the image you want to portray.
Can I choose the background for my headshot?
Yes, I offer a variety of options, including plain backgrounds, natural outdoor settings, or your workplace environment if you prefer. Replacement backgrounds can also be quoted.

Photo Delivery and Usage
What format will I receive my photos in?
You’ll receive high-resolution images suitable for print and web formats, ensuring they can be used across multiple platforms. Copyright is also included for company use.
Do you keep backups of the photos?
Yes, I store backups for three months after your session.
