Step 2
Planning Your Shoot
This is where experience makes all the difference.
Every workplace is different, so careful planning helps ensure your photography day runs smoothly with minimal disruption.
Depending on your requirements, this may include:

• Choosing the best room

Step 3
Booking Your Shoot
Now we lock everything in.
Whether your organisation has:
- 10 staff
- 80 staff
- 300 staff
- Multiple offices
We’ll build a schedule that works around your business.
Depending on numbers, we may photograph everyone in a single day.
Otherwise, we can divide the sessions across several days or locations.
Together we’ll create a timetable that keeps disruption to a minimum.
Step 4
Preparing Your Team
I’ll send your team helpful preparation information before the shoot, including clothing suggestions, grooming tips and what to expect on the day.
This ensures everyone is aware of clothing and grooming requirements and they feel ready to look their professional best.
Step 5
Headshot Day
I’ll arrive at our pre-arranged time to set up my mobile studio before the first appointment begins.
Once everything is ready, each team member simply arrives at their allocated time or simply one after the other.
Sessions take less than ten minutes, allowing everyone to return to work quickly while still receiving an updated, professional portrait.
